** Open house cancelled due to accepted offer. ** Location, location, location! Why drive when everything good starts just 1 block away on Woodstock? This 1980s ranch was fully remodeled in 2008 by Neil Kelly and now, made even better, with all new vinyl plank flooring, a new energy efficient heat pump, and newer roof replaced in 2023. An inviting covered porch fit for an evening of book reading or people watching leads to one of two front doors. Stepping inside, an expansive open living space is sure to surprise any guest, featuring a custom kitchen with gorgeous granite counters, skylights, a free standing wood stove and room for just about any couch on your wish list. Just off the kitchen, a laundry room with a sink and storage leads to a patio in back yard. Down the hall, a guest bathroom, bedrooms two and three, and the primary bedroom with ensuite bath and additional access through a beautiful wood door to the yard. Both bathrooms feature custom vanities and travertine tile throughout. Notable mentions: Woodstock Elementary and Woodstock Park are 2 blocks away, restaurants, grocery stores, the Sunday farmers market, and Heist Food Cart Pod along with so much more minutes away on Woodstock. Need I say, location, again? This ones a winner. [Home Energy Score = 5. HES Report at https://rpt.greenbuildingregistry.com/hes/OR10241539]
