I bought my first house with Amanda in 2020 and my second house with Amanda in 2023. When I was ready to buy the second house, Amanda convinced me to hold it and rent it out. What type of realtor convinces you not to sell a house when they could be making money from it? An honest one, and that has to be hard to find.
